Recording and Mixing Projects

Trough my years studying and practicing recording arts, learning about sound, and experimenting. Learning the basics, being in a studio, and creating relationships with different people made me able to explore and open to different projects and be creative.

Recorded a whole band, that was composed of me and longtime friends, did different sound design projects, learn the art of mixing, and making a full song really come to life.
Composed for movies, and for my own projects, played guitar in a band, helped another band and played bass, and with all of this what made it woth it was the people I met and the relations I created and what I leraned from them, having different opinions, ideas, being able to create something from zero with them made all my leaning experience worth it

These are some archive photos I decided to take, from some sessions while recording the band, It was really cool since we knew eachother very well.  The recording day was really calm, since I had prepared everything for this, making sheets, to know wich mic goes to each input, what bounces I was gonna do, micing everything the day before so we could I have a nice stress free recording session. Since we had no vocalist its was a cool Idea to do it just as an instrumental.

The Mixes

Learnign the mixing process was really fun, and having someone to educate me and my ears was one of the best skills I could learn, being big listener and fan of metal and alt rock i decide to focus on that.
Every mix here was provided from "The Mixing Secrets" from Cambrige Music Technology.

Here are some examples os best mixes and mastering I did while learning.
